1. Project Engineer cum Estate Officer
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering with at least 60% marks.
- Experience: Minimum 12 years in construction projects and estate management.
- Preferred: Experience in institutes like IIMs, IITs, IISERs.
2. Secretary to Chief Administrative Officer
- Education: Postgraduate degree with a minimum of 55% marks.
- Experience: At least 5 years of secretarial experience in government/private organizations.

3. Junior Engineer (Civil)
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering with 60% marks.
